Our interactive tools—including the Statutory Inquiry & Brief Generator—operate exclusively on your client-side device. Any names, dates, immigration history, or notes entered into these tools are processed in local memory and are never transmitted, stored, or processed on our backend servers.
3. Information We Collect
We do not mandate user registration, accounts, or profile creation. The only personal data collected occurs when you voluntarily contact our research desk via email or web dispatch, comprising:
- Your contact name and email address.
- The contents and attachments of your correspondence.
- Standard technical server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) collected for technical security and DDoS mitigation, retained for no more than 30 days.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process email inquiries under the lawful basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to address statutory questions and research contributions.
